I just realized we put up an image yesterday that didn't show
the new wipers. This how it looks now,
Note the front bumper a little out of alignment. plus the door needs
to be realigned also .
It is rubbing on the inside aluminum trim next to upper hinge . .
Working on final completion list
New D.O.T. Safety Lock, Note size difference along with the safety
pins over the other lock .
Image taken 3-25-08
Upper door trim made and sized
Lower door rub rail designed and made.
Non D.O.T. RV Latch,
We were told they were when we purchased them.
Now we have two cases of RV Locks that are worthless.
On this model the throw is too small and as
the bus chassis twist it
actually can disengage and let the door open .
40% Larger handle and throw with stabilizer pins
DOT Approved door won't try to open on it's own
Door rubbing ..Door needs to be realigned, It is too tight against
the front end...
Note rubbing on aluminum rail
Bumper is not aligned correctly and is scrubbing against
stainless steel .
Lower ribbed stainless steel entrance door panel mounted ..
Note blue panel to the left . This is the upper panel after cutting
for the RV lock, waiting to be installed.
Had to build a plate for the bottom of the wiper motors.
Console trim pieces made and ready to install .
Catalytic Converter Muffler was clogged. It
seems to help a little when cleaned out .
This muffler is designed to be opened and cleaned once every 5 -8

the bottom side
Moved Borrowed swivel chair back to 3336
They had been working on the TV, Back up camera, new shift console
and the Generator controls and
drilling holes to mount passenger seat.
Had to remove the TV to get to the wiring for the Generator and Back
Note the TV is sitting where the Chair was ,..the chair was
sitting just outside the door . .
Same Chair located back
next to 3336
The rest of the coach
